At RIVAPACK United Kingdom you have the choice of different shipping options:
RIVAPACK United Kingdom currently only delivers to addresses in Great Britain.

Please note that due to the current situation, there may be partial deliveries and extended delivery times from our shipping service providers. Thank you for your understanding.

How long does shipping take at RIVAPACK?

In principle, our shipments arrive at our customers within 1-3 days, depending on the payment method. However, there are cases such as an advance payment, where we can only send the goods after successful receipt of the payment. What are the shipping costs at RIVAPACK?

Up to an order value of £ 90.- (excl. VAT) / £ 108.- (incl. VAT for Great Britain) we charge the following shipping costs:

  • Great Britain £ 22.- ( incl. VAT) incl. import and customs duties

From an order value of £ 90.- (excl. VAT) / £ 108.- (incl. VAT), delivery is free of charge.
In principle, we deliver our goods via DDP, unless otherwise stated. Import and VAT or customs duties are borne by us for shipments to an EU or non-EU country, should you have received an invoice or similar in error, please contact us by email at to us. 

Can I order express delivery?

If you want express delivery, you will receive an offer. The costs will be charged to you separately, regardless of the value of the goods, according to the current tariffs of our shipping partner (parcel service or forwarding agent).

Is there a small quantity surcharge?

Up to an order value of £ 50.-, we charge a small quantity surcharge of £ 9.- Sample orders are exempt from a small quantity surcharge.

I would like to pick up the goods - where can I do that?

You are also welcome to collect the goods from our warehouse in Great Britain. If you have not already received a collection notification via email, you can email us at Contact us to request a change to your shipping. You will receive notification of collection immediately by e-mail if the goods are ready for collection. Collection from our UK warehouse is not available at this time.
