At RIVAPACK United Kingdom you have the choice of different payment options:

payment in advance

In the case of prepayment orders, your order will not be shipped until the payment has been successfully booked.
The order you placed remains open for 7 days before it is deleted again and the order is cancelled.

payment with credit card

You can also conveniently pay by credit card when completing an order. We accept the most common credit cards such as VIA, MasterCard and American Express.
All order and credit card data are only transmitted in encrypted form, thanks to encryption techniques such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D Secure process. The card number, the validity of the card and the check digit of the card are required for the ordering process. This three or four-digit number can be found on your credit card (“CVV”).

Is cash payment possible upon collection?

Due to internal guidelines at RIVAPACK, we cannot accept cash payments upon collection.
A corresponding payment confirmation for the open invoice amount, on the other hand, enables you to take your ordered items with you.

Payments via Klarna

  • Invoice – with KLARNA you have the option of paying for the goods you have ordered within 30 days of receipt.
  • Purchase in installments – with KLARNA you have the option of ordering 6, 12 or 24 installments at a fixed interest rate.
  • Pay immediately via direct debit, immediate transfer or credit card

    ** Currently the payment option KLARNA is not available.

Payments via Revolut Payment

  • With Revolut Payment you have the option of making a direct payment from your Revolut account to ours.

Purchase on invoice (corporate customers)

  • Purchase on account within a payment term of within 14 days. This payment method only applies to corporate customers.
  • Payment by invoice after receipt of the order. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
